Product Warranties
Included with every new Quantum product is a limited warranty. Standard warranty terms and conditions vary depending on the Quantum product purchased. For more information on your product warranty, click here.

Product Registration
Registration provides Quantum with important information in the event of a warranted service problem. Customers can register by mailing the registration card or going on-line.

Warranty Extensions and Service Upgrades
Many customers choose to extend their initial product warranty or upgrade to a higher level of on-site response.

 

Quantum Support Options:

Gold Support Plan:
Quantum’s highest level of equipment service protection provides maximum peace of mind for companies running a 24x7x365 operation. We target on-site response within four hours, any day of the week.
Silver Support Plan:
Quantum’s mid-level service plan offers targeted on-site response from a trained StorageCare engineer within four hours during the same business day, five days a week, nine hours a day.
Bronze Support Plan:
For customers who cannot afford any backup failure or loss of access to critical data for more than one business day, Quantum provides on-site response, next business day, five days a week, nine hours a day.

StorageCare Guardian

StorageCare™ Guardian is a remote monitoring and diagnostic solution that enables Quantum to proactively monitor the health of Quantum systems over the internet and uses intelligent diagnostics data to remotely service the equipment if issues arise.
